At Ye Olde Wooden Board, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand your options:

Faulty or Damaged Items:

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

Our return policy is in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These rights entitle you to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or damaged goods.

Exclusions:

Please note that our return policy does not apply to items that have been misused, abused, or altered after purchase.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

• The goods were unopened and are in the original packaging

Personalised and Made-to-Size Items:

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised and made-to-size items, we are unable to accept returns for these products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please double-check all personalisation details and measurements before placing your order to ensure accuracy.The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

To initiate a return, please contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail info@yeoldewoodenboard.com .We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Once you arrange for shipping to return your good, ensure you provide us with the tracking number.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
